I Love Typography (ILT) is a creative ecosystem combining the world’s most popular typography blog with an innovative e-commerce platform that offers curated fonts for every kind of design and application. More than 100 of designers’ favorite foundries have joined the growing ILT family, offering thousands of quality fonts.
I Love Typography has been celebrating the beauty and craft that goes into type since 2007. Its author, John Boardley, has amassed a half million social media followers who regularly turn in to read his reviews and analysis of the past, the present, and sometimes, the future of type.
Its CEO is the award-winning designer Dr. Nadine Chahine, who combines her expertise in type design, legibility, and international relations to steer ILT in its expansion. Named as one of Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People in Business in 2012 and Creative Reviews’s Creative Leaders 50 in 2016, Chahine is focused on empowering independent foundries and creating a customer experience that is rooted in the joys of discovering and licensing new fonts.
The ILT ecosystem also includes the ILT Blog, ILT Store, ILT Academy for online design courses, and ILT Research for studies into type legibility.

Indie foundries are critical for the survival of our font industry. We are here to share our knowledge to give newcomers a fighting chance in this challenging marketplace and help established foundries prosper.
Our Services
We offer online consultations on product marketing, social media marketing, library management, finance and business planning, e-commerce and enterprise sales. These are available per project or via a retainer fee.
